2009
Frustrated by the lack of Fresh, Creative and Consistent Grab N Go options, we decided to do it ourselves. We were born as The Sandwich Factory in 2009
2009-2018
Growing to be recognized as a leader in Premium Ready to Eat Food. Assembling a comprehensive Food Safety Standard and developing our processes along with our logistic network to be able to continue to offer next level service.
2018
We purchased and remodeled a 5,000 square foot production facility allowing us to move out of the original kitchen. At the time much larger than what we had, we soon realized it wouldn't be long for us to outgrow that..
2021
We obtain our USDA certification and for the first time begin to ship our Fresh Grab N Go out of Texas. We are now in 8 states and growing.
2023
We moved in to our custom built 70,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which was designed for superb execution, next level food safety and amazing scalability. We have since re-branded to Food Craftory which now encompasses all our Premium Ready to Eat Foods.
