Frustrated by the lack of Fresh, Creative and Consistent Grab-And-Go options, we decided to do it ourselves. We were born as The Sandwich Factory in 2009.
During this period, we established the business as a leader in premium, ready-to-eat selections. First redesigning a comprehensive Food Safety Standard protocol, we further developed our processes and logistic network to continue to offer next-level service in every way.
We purchased and remodeled a 5,000 square foot production facility allowing us to move out of the original kitchen. At the time much larger than what we had, we soon realized it wouldn’t be long for us to outgrow that.
We obtained our USDA certification and for the first time began to ship our Fresh Grab-And-Go out of Texas. We are now in 8 states and growing.
We moved into our custom built 70,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which was designed for superb execution, next level food safety and amazing scalability. We have since re-branded to Food Craftory which now encompasses all our Premium Ready to Eat Foods.

Our Food Safety Program features full ingredient traceability at every step, from procurement and preparation through final delivery. The Food Craftory is certified by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system which proactively helps to identify health hazards and establish mitigating strategies. It’s all part of the extra measures we take to assure the highest quality products for every client.
Food Craftory self distributes throughout Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and the Florida Peninsula our Fresh Grab-And-Go menu items.
